BILL BUSTER

Permit No. LTPM/1/01003.

1. The Promotion known as Exies BILL BUSTER is a MEMBERS ONLY promotion and will commence with vouchers being issued from the 23rd December, 2012. First draw Thursday 6th January, 2012 and conclude 27th April, 2012. The promotion will consist of 4 Draws each Thursday between 7.30 –8.30pm.

2. To participate in the promotion - Members will be issued with a voucher as follows:-
(i) every $5 or more spent on food or beverage.
(ii) win vouchers randomly via during poker machine play.
Members will have the choice of placing the vouchers in the barrel to suit their attendance at a particular weekly draw.
 
3. WEEKLY DRAWS - Each Thursday evenings between 7.30pm – 8.30pm - 4 draws will be conducted each week. The draw will be as follows

Mini Draw - $100.00 Bill payment
Minor Draw - $150.00 Bill payment
Maxi Draw - $250.00  Bill payment
Major Draw - $500.00 Bill payment

Vouchers from Mini/Minor/Maxi Draws will be returned to the barrel for a chance in the Major Draw.   Members must be present at the draws to claim the prize – he/she will be allowed four (4) minutes to redeem the prize.   Redraws will be conducted until all prizes have been claimed each night.

4. Winners of the weekly draws will be eligible to choose 1 or 2 of the following Utilities, for the club to pay their bills on their behalf, for a minimum payment of $50.00 and maximum of $500.00 for eg

Electricity;  Gas;  Telephone;  Rates;  Insurance; Rental; Registration OR any other “Bill” subject to Managements discretion.
NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWABLE

5. Winners must present to the Clubs Financial Controller the voucher won at the weekly draw together with the name and value of the “Bill” required for payment.  A cheque will be made payable to the provider of the “Bill” for the relevant amount and it will be the Winners responsibility to present the cheque to the provider.  Cheques will NOT be made payable to a member.  Cash  will NOT be issued for payment of the “Bill”  The Management may at their discretion ask for verification by sighting the Bill prior to payment. Vouchers won must be redeemed by the due date on the voucher

6. The same person can win more than 1 prize if they have more than one entry in the barrel.  The barrel will be cleared at the end of each weekly draw.  

7. Members who patronise Sports Club will have their vouchers transferred to the Main Club on the day of the draw by the Club Supervisor and placed in the relevant barrel.   

8. Members may not transfer the authority to any other person or their Attorney.  An exemption will only apply on the hospitalisation or death of a member participating in the promotion, whereby the voucher may transferred/redeemed by next of kin.  A written notification must be presented to the Chief Executive Officer prior to the draw and identification must be produced on request.

9. The promotion is NOT open Club Directors, Junior Members and all employees of the club including the Catering Department and their immediate families. (Immediate families means husband/wife or defacto only.)

10. The management reserves the right to change/alter the promotion by giving one weeks notice in the form of a notice on the Club Notice Board.
